集成电路学院可招收本科学历国际学生直接攻读博士学位，申请者除了满足清华大学统一要求外，还须满足本院系以下要求：
1. 汉语水平达到HSK4级195分及以上；
2. 英语非母语申请者的TOEFL成绩不低于80分或IELTS成绩不低于6.5分。 |
School of Integrated Circuits accepts bachelor degree holders to pursue doctoral degrees. Bachelor degree holders for doctoral program application must meet all the uniform requirements of the university, as well as the requirements of this school/department listed below:
1.Chinese Proficiency Requirement: HSK band 4 with a score of 195 or above;
2.Non-native English speakers must meet the minimum English proficiency requirement: TOEFL: 80/IELTS:6.5. |
