南天翔 准聘副教授

个人简介:

南天翔,清华大学准聘副教授2020 年入选《麻省理工科技评论》“35 岁以下科技创新 35 人”2015年博士毕业于美国东北大学电子工程系,获国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。20152019年分别在美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校和美国康奈尔大学作博士后研究,20199月全职回到清华大学集成电路学院。研究方向为后摩尔时代Beyond-CMOS新原理器件及其电路设计,包括基于MRAM的存算一体器件、微机电系统等,先后主持和参与科技部国家重点研发计划,国家自然基金重点项目、国际合作项目等。近年来在PNASNature子刊重要学术期刊发表SCI论文60余篇,成果被ScienceNature等杂志和国内外媒体撰文专题报道,引用超过3000次,H因子30撰写图书章节2章。讲授《固体物理》、《集成电路材料基础》等课程。


本课题组每年招收2-3名博士/硕士研究生,常年招聘博士后、工程师、研究助理,并欢迎感兴趣的本科生参与科研。
