陈虹,清华大学集成电路学院副教授,博导。2005年毕业于清华大学电子工程系,获工学博士学位。分别于2006.2~6和2016.4~2017.3在美国Nebraska大学医学院和佐治亚理工做访问学者。IEEE高级会员,IEEE异步电路国际会议(ASYNC)技术委员会委员(唯一中国人),担任2022年ASYNC大会主席(中国大陆首次)。

研究方向为极低功耗电路与系统,包括异步电路设计、亚阈值电路设计、基于多传感器的数据融合技术及图像识别技术、异步神经网络加速器、异步脉冲神经网络等。研究成果主要应用于低功耗人工膝关节置换术中无线压力检测系统(已产业化)、低功耗人工髋关节置换术中无线姿态检测系统,低功耗无线通信基带电路、高能效异步神经网络加速器,以及其他医疗电子领域等。

拥有发明专利25项(包括1项美国专利),发表国内外期刊及国际会议论文100余篇,以及3本学术专著/章节。多个国际期刊审稿人。作为负责人承担完成多项国家自然科学基金、科技部重大专项、863课题和重大项目,以及地方基金项目等。荣获电路与系统旗舰会议ISCAS2013年最佳演示奖,2016年国家级教学成果奖二等奖,2017中国电子学会科学技术奖二等奖,2019年北京医学科技三等奖,2018全国大学生集成电路创新创业大赛全国总决赛优秀指导教师,2018、2019年连续两年获国际大学生类脑计算大赛优秀指导教师,多次获清华大学SRT优秀指导教师。
