南天翔,1989年生,清华大学助理教授、特别研究员、博士生导师。2015年博士毕业于美国东北大学电子工程系(导师:Nian X. Sun),获国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。2015至2019年分别在美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校(合作导师:Chang-Beom Eom)和美国康奈尔大学(合作导师:Daniel Ralph)作博士后研究。2019年9月全职回到清华大学微电子学与纳电子学系任教研系列助理教授。研究方向为Beyond-COMS器件和系统。近年来在PNAS,Science Advances, NatureCommunications,Advanced Materials等重要学术期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,引用超过2000次,为两本英文著作撰写章节,申请或授权美国发明专利4项。担任国际磁学与磁性材料会议(MMM)、美国材料学会(MRS)秋季会议分会主席,美国自然科学基金高频器件评审专家等,以及Science,PRL,Nature Communications等杂志审稿人。在美国物理年会(APS)三月会议、美国材料学会(MRS)秋季会议等做邀请报告10余次。
